Welcome to Spearhead Leagues webpage.
It's with great pleasure I can present to you the Spearhead Leagues webpage. SL* started with great success in January 2005 with 32 approved clans and more wanting to join. As SL* setup is different than any other leagues there was not room for more clans, but this is being worked on and if your clan is interested in joining you can sign up on the forums and we will look at your application.
SL* is a division setup like we know if from soccer with a premier, 1st, 2nd and 3rd division and all the clans were put in the division based on their previous achievements so the matches would be more equal and fun to play. This will also mean that a winner will be announced at the end of each season, and there will be relegations and promotions to the two teams at each end of the division.
SL* is managed by the players rather than one person so if you have any ideas how to improve the league you are more than welcome to put them forward. There is of course a few people that manage the league and deal with any problems there should occur and the general smooth running of the league.

Main league ( 8 v 8 ) Season VIII
- 1. UNA 34 points
2. PF 30 points
3. Splat 24 points
4. AA 13 points
Once again UNA runs away with the big price, with 12 wins and one draw vs AA. So once again congratulations to UNA with this great performance. Perhaps this season more clans will be able to come closer.
PF at the 2nd place with just 4 points below UNA, well done!
Splat has taken place 3 which is quite a achievement for Splat, really well done Splat. Really curious what you will do next season, keep it up!
Of course a big thank you to all the other clans for participating in this SL season. We all know the MPSH community is getting smaller and smaller but it’s still nice to see we still love to compete.
The new season is about to start and let’s hope we can make it a good exciting competition.
Mini league ( 5 v 5 ) SEason VII

4. AA 15 points
A slightly different score then past season! First of all congrats to the number 1,2 and 3.
Another first place for UNA, well done! A 2nd place for STG which is nice to see, congratulations on your good result and DDA with your well deserved 3th place.
We saw DD stopping because they didn’t had the players. PF who tried to join in but couldn’t field players for the 5 v 5 because they prefer 8 v 8, still thank you for trying.
Furthermore we still had to issue some warnings because of bad scopes. Let’s hope we can make this new season flawless considering scopes / mods etc.
Thank you to all clans for participating in this season and we are looking forward to see you soon in the new season.
Main SL Season VII:

First of all congratulations to the top 3 clans.
Of course well done by UNA to end up at the first place in both leagues with a amazing result: unbeaten, with 302 rounds won against 78 lost, really well played.
PF ( 2nd) and AA (3th) ending at number 2 and 3 also a very nice result with AA just behind them with 3 points. There have been some close matches during this season.
MINI SL Season VI:

2:DDA
3:AA
UNA and DDA on a strong 1st and 2nd place here with 10 points or more away from 3rd place AA, who just has beaten elF with 1 point difference on place 4th. Close finish here. Well played by those 3 clans.
For both leagues we see most clans improved alot and clan wars get more and more tens each year wich is good! A clan you wouldn't expect could surprise you if you are not starting the match fully concentrated!
Other interesting facts this season:
Even after 8 seasons some clans got 3 points taken away for using disallowed mods wich of course is expensive mistake. For example: using a disallowed sniper scope. Of course we admins have a hell of a job checking these tons of screenshot but be warned we do check them.
Little hint: Do a 'screenshot all' just before the match starts and give your own clan players a quick check. Please don't forget to ask the sniper to use his scope at that point.
A more disappointing fact is that more and more clans struggle to be able to field a team or even worse being able to continue playing in the league. We saw some good clans leaving like C3, STG, KV, NBG, BdD. We hope these clans might find there way back to our beloved spearhead game. On the other hand we saw two new clans joining our league: KAG and OBC. That's nice to see and we hope to welcome them and each and every clan again this new season where you already can sign up for at the forums.
Our MPSH community is getting smaller and smaller each season but leaves us with clans we all know since a long time and we can all play our matches in a enjoyable and sportive spirit. Let's keep that up.
The clans that are still active all contribute to our community in their own way wich keeps it still enjoyable and alive. PF clan and the public night's on friday's, Spalt's public server which is a good server with clear rules and Klopfer trying to make the best out of it, some clans organize a bloodbath, some players make brand new maps. All signs that tell us our old beloved game is not even close to it's end. Hat's off to everyone for all your efforts and input! Let's make this new season as enjoyable!!!
About the new season:
All clans can sign up till 31 January 0:00 hour at the forums. After that the admins will make the tables and the map rotation so the war arrangers can get busy again!
Of course there will be a map vote on the forums, as every year some maps come (hopefully some new ones) and go.
So make sure your clan rep keeps a close look on the forums for a vote on certain league matters, because this is league is here for you players!
